Work description
Valuations of assets to support the 2025/26 financial statements to ensure the carrying value of non-current assets are materially accurate as at 31 March 2026. This involves carrying out 364 valuations across operational, investment, surplus, assets held for sale and change in use portfolios.
This contract has been procured as a call-off contract from the Crown Commercial Service Estates Management Services Framework Agreement RM6168.
