Fearon Hall, Structural Underpinning

Tenders are invited from contractors for the service provision of Fearon Hall, Structural Underpinning. 1.1 It is required that:- a. Underpinning of the two external walls adjacent to the North West corner 1.2 Charnwood Borough Council are intending to undertake the following subsidence remedial works:- a. Resin injected ground consolidation beneath the foundations to the North West corner of the building. The objective of the works is to consolidate the ground to prevent further movement of the building. b. Making good all masonry cracking.

Tender for all works included in the specification. The last date for request of documents is the 8/05/17, with tenders being returned on the 11/5/17 at 12Noon.
