By providing essential expertise and support, this partnership will enable us to: • Skill Up: Equip our internal teams (design and delivery, development) with hands-on knowledge and techniques to develop, deliver, support, and manage AI projects independently, ensuring self-sufficiency. • Build Confidence: Enhance our internal capabilities so that services can confidently identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with our strategic priorities. • Deliver and Handover: Ensure AI solutions are delivered effectively, with a seamless transition and handover to the relevant support team(s) for benefits realization.
