District Heat Project Management Support

The provision of project management support for our District Heat Network project, including: • Provide project management support to the Local Authority • Prepare and agree specifications • Engage with internal & external stakeholders to gather data • Manage the delivery, timescales, and quality of outputs from techno-economic or financial studies • Facilitate building the case for the heat network project(s) • For later stage projects, use the existing studies to support and prepare the heat networks 'offer'.
