Aspire have a requirement to appoint a contractor to deliver redecoration of external and internal communal areas at Mill Rise extra care scheme - Lymebrook way, Cross Heath, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST5 9GA\. The premises are in active use and contains leaseholders which will be recharged for these works\. The scope of works is priming, painting, balcony woodwork and render repairs\.
