## Description

Dstl set out to confirm this notice is published for information and transparency purposes only\. It sets out the intention of Dstl to commence a non-competitive procurement to establish a multi-year call off agreement\. The scope of the proposed agreement is for the provision of In-Vitro testing services of potentially psychoactive substances to support the implementation of the Psychoactive Substances Act \(2016\)\. The decision to proceed via a non-competitive procurement strategy has been identified and approved against a technical justification\.
