## Description

Breckland District Council, the Wayland Chamber of Commerce and the Wayland Partnership are seeking a supplier to complete a Full Business Case for an exciting and innovative new project called the Wayland Digital and Creative Media Centre \(DCMC\)\. The facility, which will be located at the western end of Watton High Street on the site of the current Wayland House Building, is intended to be a new and innovative multi-use facility at the heart of the market town of Watton\. The facility will provide an anchor at the heart of the town, offering an attractive proposition for both visitors and residents and providing a much-needed stimulant for the local economy\.
