## Description

• 3 units split in to 14 no\. units which are to be constructed with a B2/ B8 use class with the provision for future ancillary B1c office to provide accommodation of 80,514 sq ft / 7,499 m2\.• The building should be constructed in excess of current thermal standard, to reduce carbon emissions\. • Full Planning was approved the 24th May 2018, a Regulation 3 planning application was submitted to Leicestershire County Council\. The Contractor will be expected to enter into a relevant Joint Contract Tribunal \(JCT\) 2016 in construction to undertake the design and build of all units, including parking and amenities\. • LCC requires the scheme to be BIM Level 2 compliant\.
