Work description
Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out Reinstatement Works following a major Fire to 3 Penmayne Villas, Rock, Cornwall , under a JCT minor works contract. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
