## Description

Sheffield Hallam University accessed the crown commercial service's G-cloud 9 framework agreement RM1557ix OJEU ref 2017/S046-085247 We have appointed an implementation partner to deliver Customer Relationship Management \(CRM\) capability professional services and academic staff and self-service provision for its students\. The chosen implementation partner will assist the University to determine a CRM implementation roadmap to best support the phased delivery of its aspirations over the next 3-5 years\.
