Work description
This Contract is for: The Purchase, storage, stock management, provision , installation (including specialist installation) maintenance and routine testing of assistive technology and Telecare (ATT) equipment and the removal and recycling of equipment when it is no longer needed.
Call Centre / monitoring centre available 24hrs a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.
Mobile emergency response (with personal care where identified) available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a week.
