## Description

Blackpool Council has invited and evaluated quotations from suitably qualified and experienced planning consultants to: \(i\) undertake a retail capacity study for Blackpool to establish current provision and future needs; \(ii\) to advise on introducing a local retail threshold for retail impact assessment and if appropriate the level of such a threshold; \(iii\) to undertake a commercial leisure facilities \(Use Class D2\) assessment for Blackpool to establish current provision and future needs; and \(iv\) to undertake a hotel needs assessment to establish the hotel capacity and need for 3, 4, and 5 star hotels in Blackpool\.
