Commercial Agency Services in respect of the sale of land north of Barton Road

Leicestershire County Council ("the Council") invites Quotations for the provision of commercial agency services in respect of the sale of land north of Barton Road (CV13 0ER, Barlestone).

The proposed contract will be in place for an initial period of 24 months, with an option(s) to extend for a further 24 months, taking the contract term to a maximum of 4 years. Any extension(s) will be at the sole discretion of the Council and subject to overall contract performance.
