## Description

It is the intention to complete a full refurbishment to the pedestrian entrance to the Byrom St campus, 3 Byrom St, Liverpool L3 3AF, during the summer of 2024\. LJMU will provide full specification and requirements within the ITT documents\. The proposed works package is to include; • Living walls and fencing in the form of mounted plants, along with irrigation and drainage services\. • Forming of a glazed exhibition enclosure\. • Installation of large bike shelter, including services, lighting, security cameras and swipe card access\. • External Decoration\. • Isolated Brickwork / stonework repairs\. • External groundworks, paving, ducting, foundations\.
