Wolverhampton City Council and Staffordshire County Council (SCC) as joint venture partners require the provision of commercial property agent services to continue the marketing and sale of land at the i54 western extension.

The Council and SCC require the agent to provide the following services: • Local, national and international representation • Commercial property agency, marketing and promotion • Market appraisal and advice on price for marketing purposes • Agreement on appropriate marketing strategy to achieve the joint venture aims of attracting advanced manufacturing employers • Participation in evaluation of offers and making of recommendations • Certification of agreed terms as compliant with S123 Local Government Act 1972
