## Description

Somerset Council is in the South West of England, an elected local government authority responsible for the local government services in most of the county\. The Council provides a wide range of services, including education \(schools, libraries and youth services\), social services, highway maintenance, waste collection & waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town and country planning\. Having recently merged to a Unitary authority we are currently running 5 contracts across 3 suppliers and wish to consolidate these\. Some of the contracts include income management systems and some do not\. Somerset Council seek to procure an e-Payment solution that is PCI DSS compliant and that delivers an excellent customer experience/journey\. We are also seeking to procure an income management system, which may or may not be part of a single end to end e-Payment solution\.
