The Construction of a New Allotment Site at Brooklands (Olympic Crescent) and Associated Works - AWARD

Description

The scope of the works is to secure the allotment boundary with 1,.8m high weldmesh fence to the residential timber close board fence. To supply & install a timber knee rail to the car park. To create surfacing of Bodpave 85 & 40 reinforced gravel to a car park and Bodpave 40 grass reinforced surfacing to an allotment area of 47no proposed raised timber planters to create a Grassprotecta Reinforced Grass Access Track to the allotment plots. To install 27 number 60m2, 11 number 120m2, 2 number 55m2, 115m2 & 92m2 size plots. To Supply & Install 3no Removable Bollards & 5no Water Standing Pipes and associated water connection to a mains supply. To supply and install tree and hedge planting and 12 months maintenance from PC. The works as detailed in the tender drawings 124. 2020.01, 124.2020.02, 124.2020.03, 124,2020.04 in accordance with the Brookland Allotment (Olympic Crescent) NBS Works Specification
