Description
Changes to soil health and vegetation influenced by increases in nitrogen deposition. National Highways are conducting research to identify indicators of change which can be positively or negatively correlated to changes in nitrogen deposition from gaseous sources, such as vehicle exhausts. National Highways wishes to test the hypothesis that there will be changes in indicators of soil health that positively correlate to reductions in nitrogen from gaseous sources (vehicle emissions). National Highways also wishes to determine what visible changes there are because of impacts to soil health using botanical survey.
