Work description
1.1.1 The Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCDO) is soliciting proposals for Preconstruction & Construction Management services for an upcoming project; Residence for British Deputy Permanent Representative to UN (11th Floor) Approx. 6,964 RSF tenant improvement project located at 510 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10022 The work is high profile and critical to the success of the UK Mission. This relocation is very important and demands outstanding project execution on a fast-track timeline. The FCDO expects exceptional execution and will only partner with professionals who are best in class and have a proven track record of delivering the highest quality.
