Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to identify a supplier to plan and execute an international knowledge exchange with the Indian Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC). Through this knowledge exchange, the project will contribute to knowledge sharing and capacity building for CERC, focusing on international experiences aimed at strengthening market development and deepening the efficiency of India's power market. Additionally, the project will support in enhancing India's system reliability and grid flexibility through innovative operational frameworks and support the integration of renewable energy into the power market.
