Understand the factors that contribute to Pharmacy Technicians leaving practice

The Supplier will undertake a large-scale survey to measure those factors which may contribute to a pharmacy technician leaving a healthcare career. The survey will highlight factors and triggers which may contribute to future workforce forecasting with respect to recruitment and retention.
