Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) seeks to appoint ONE contractor to undertake the re-modelling of two of its properties in Newcastle - Belvedere House and Conewood House. The properties are existing sheltered housing premises that provided housing for older people. However, the internal design and layouts are dated. The aim of this project is to remodel the properties to provide flexible and adaptable high standard accommodation for older people to support independent living. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
