## Description

We are looking to appoint a contractor to provide repairs and maintenance \(including HME\) for Sheffield City Council's Social Housing void properties\. The contractor will support the Councils in-house service and existing framework contractors\. The contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years
