Support with Habitat Regulations Assessment and Ecological Input to Local Plan Preparation

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to prepare Habitat Regulations Assessments, which adhere to all relevant requirements of the relevant legislation, to support the preparation of the Test Valley Borough Local Plan 2040. Additionally, support is being sought regarding the biodiversity, ecology and natural environment matters in the Local Plan.
