CWC26008- Bert William LC - Low Carbon Building Services Upgrade (PSDS)

Description

The City of Wolverhampton are looking to appoint a consultant to provide Technical Design Services up to RIBA Stage 3b to support the Stage 2 Delivery Funding application under the WMCA Devolved Buildings Retrofit Pilot (PSDS). The design must enable submission of a compliant business case and procurement of a Design & Build contract. The design scope shall include the design for the removal of the existing gas boiler system and any relevant ancillary equipment in the existing system. If components of the existing system are to be reused, the design documentation shall be clear on which parts of the designed system are existing, and which are new.
