## Description

The Council requires technical support and expertise from a Provider/Social Investment Finance Intermediary \(SIFI\) to assist in assessing the feasibility and the development of a SIB\. The SIB being developed will be aimed at providing a service to a cohort of women within the Bradford District who have experienced or at risk of having repeated children permanently removed from their care\.
