Senior Associate - Retail Banking Supervision

Description

RB requires a Fixed Term Contract/external consultant to support the SanUK/NI Banks Supervision team in overseeing Santander UK's proposed acquisition of TSB and supporting our inputs into the PRA's assessment of change in control (CiC) process under Part XII of FSMA. The Consultant will provide critical support across project management, regulatory coordination, and governance reporting. Key responsibilities include managing timelines aligned with PRA and firm plans, maintaining FCA-compliant records, reviewing CiC applications, and preparing internal briefings for senior decision-makers. The role also involves stakeholder engagement with PRA, FCA Legal, Authorisations, and operational teams. This resource is essential to ensure effective supervision, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of the CiC process, while maintaining high standards of governance and operational efficiency.
