Work description
To provide an interim Hard FM service for Statutory compliance and maintaining Building services before and during the building CAT B fit out period.
The overall scope of service includes undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance Services relating to the site's facilities and M&E Hard Services maintenance to ensure that the building is statutory compliant during the warranty period.
