- Strip out and dispose of existing itemised kitchens, bathrooms, WCs, floor finishes, doors, wardrobes, partitions, fireplaces - Installation of new kitchens, bathroom suites and ground floor WC facilities - Itemised replacement of existing heating systems with new boilers and radiators - Electrical upgrades including full rewires and installation of LED lighting where specified - Itemised replacement of internal doors and wardrobes - Replaster and prepare all surfaces and undertake full internal redecoration - Install new floor coverings throughout and replace all curtains - Remove and replace patios/paths with new slabbed areas including steps as required - Itemised installation of new garden sheds with prepared bases - Itemised garage/store roof replacement - Install new cavity wall insulation dependent upon borescope survey - Replace boundary fencing and gates to rear gardens - Shared On Site Liaison Officer
