## Description

Replacement of the Main Building gas fired domestic hot water heaters with electric ASHP's, including modification of the existing domestic hot water pipework distribution as the existing gas fired boilers are located in the basement and the new ASHP will be located on the roof\. Replacement of A/C cooling within Main Building G50 comms room and the Library ground floor comms room with evaporative cooling Free Cooling systems
