To support Kent County Council's operational delivery of the Highway, Transportation and Waste business, Confirm OnDemand \(ICT operation system\) will deliver the following functionality: \\r \\r • Hosting and Maintenance of software for a minimum of 217 licences\\r • Manage customer enquiries/Freedom of Information Requests \\r • Integration with the online and mobile customer fault reporting tool\\r • Development for optimum/flexible use of mobile technology\\r • Jobs creation, ordering and status updates\\r • Payments\\r • Asset Management - includes information and history\\r • Storing documents - includes mapping, photos and H&S Files\\r • Daily inspection regime\\r • Hosting of the software\\r • Data provision for Business Intelligence\\r • Access to on-line support/training material
