CPT_26_04 FOI Case Management System

The National Audit Office (NAO) has awarded a contract to Fivium Limited for the provision of a cloud-based case management system to support the management of Freedom of Information requests, Environmental Information Regulations requests, Subject Access Requests, complaints and wider correspondence. The contract was awarded as a call-off under Lot 2: Cloud Software of the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14).

The total contract value is £139,661 (inclusive of VAT). The contract will commence on 30 September 2026 and will run for a period of 3 years, expiring on 29 September 2029 with the option to extend for a further 12 months until 29 September 2030.
