Boiler Replacements Blacon

This is a contract award notice The works comprise of the replacing the existing boilers serving CT & VT circuits that provide heating to the AHUs / heater batteries located throughout the building. The existing boilers and any associated redundant equipment are to be removed from site and disposed of via a recognized waste recycling Contractor. The works are required to commence at the earliest possible date following contract award and accounting for lead in times for required materials. Notwithstanding the previous statement, the PCC expects commencement on site week commencing 10th July 2023 latest. The contract duration is shown from award (anticipated to be 7th June 2023 through to the end of the warranty period).
