Employer's Agent for Mongeham Road, Deal

Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Consultant for the provision of Employer's Agent services and invites prospective Consultants to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence September 2022 (tbc) and will continue until completion of a 12-month defects period after handover of the last property unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.

Tender returns are to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk by no later than 12:00 hours on 16th August 2022.
