UOW757 - Air conditioning maintenance and inspection - all sites

The purpose of the contract is to provide routine service and maintenance of all air conditioning, air handling units and other plant. During the term of the contract inspections will be required across the University Estate, to conform to article 9 of the Energy Performance of Buildings.

This tender is divided into two lots, ideally the University of Worcester is looking to award both lots to one supplier. Tenderers are invited to bid for either or both lots of the contract. The University has the right to award these as two separate contracts and each lot to more than one supplier if so required.
