Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system at Melbourne House. Melbourne House in Hayes (UB4 9LL) comprises of 96 dwellings spread across twelve floors. Hillingdon requires the Commulite lighting system or equal and equivalent product (to be approved by Hillingdon's representative) to be installed within this building. The new communal lighting system works will broadly comprise of the installation of 314 LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from control panels with 6 local test positions. It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete communal lighting system with integrated emergency lighting. It includes for the provision of O&M Manuals and training to the Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block.
