Description

The provision of Total Facilities Management, using CCS Framework RM6232 (Facilities Management and Workplace Services) Lot 1c . The Contract will form part of the Department's workplace services programme and will cover the provision of all site-based office accommodation required to run the DWP Estate in Great Britain, including Job Centre Plus sites and DWP offices. The services falling within the scope of the Contract include: - - Work Package A Contract Management - Work Package B Mobilisation Services - Work Package C Social Value - Work Package D Sustainability - Work Package E Maintenance Services - Work Package F Statutory Obligations - Work Package G Landscaping Services - Work Package H Catering Services - Work Package I Cleaning Services - Work Package J Workplace FM Services - Work Package L Technical Security Services - Work Package M Waste Services - Work Package N Miscellaneous FM Services - Work Package Q CAFM Services - Work Package R Helpdesk Services - Work Package S Management of Billable Works The scope will also cover life systems services for the provision of the planned preventative maintenance and remedial works necessary to ensure statutory compliance and provide the relevant statutory certification.
