Legal Advisor Services for the New Leighton Hospital

Description

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) is in the initial stages of a new project to construct a new hospital, which will replace the existing Leighton Hospital. As part of the programme, MCHFT required services of a Legal Advisor for the SOC of the New Leighton Hospital build. A direct award has been made to Capsticks Solicitors LLP via the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS), Lot 11 Multi-Disciplinary Support framework (Ref: SBS10196). The initial term of the appointment is 9 months. MCHFT has the option to extend the expiry date until completion of SOC deliverables.
