The construction of 4 new dwellings in 3 sites in the North Kesteven District area. These are as follows Lot 1 - Springfield Estate Scopwick, Lot 2 - Handley Street, Heckington, Lot 3 - Longstongs Crescent, Washingborough. The Council is looking to appoint one contractor to deliver all three sites.
