## Description

Wolverhampton Homes \(WH\) is an Arm's Length Management Organisation \(ALMO\) wholly owned by the City of Wolverhampton Council \(CWC\) and manages circa 22,000 domestic dwellings within Wolverhampton\. WH operates a housing repairs and maintenance service, a capital investment and refurbishment programme and is involved in the construction of new homes\. WH is also a licensed asbestos contractor and has other miscellaneous buildings and open space management responsibilities across the city\. This contract is a four-year contract\. Initial term is three years with an option to extend for one further year\.\\r \\r Description of the Service Required\\r \\r WH is seeking to appoint a holistic, efficient, timely, reliable and cost-effective waste management service primarily covering the following FOUR \(4\) services:\\r \\r • Temporary Skip Hire Service: Supply, delivery, collection and emptying of waste disposal containers and skips, including asbestos; \\r \\r • Tipping Facility: Provision of a waste transfer / tipping / recycling centre, including asbestos that provides 'cost and time' efficient transfer & storage of WH waste;\\r \\r • Static Skip Service: Supply, delivery, collection and emptying of segregated waste disposal containers at a designated site\(s\) of WH; and \\r \\r • Ad-hoc kerbside waste collection Service: Provision for general waste collections from any location within the City\.\\r \\r
