(NU/1622) Development of KPIs and subsequent evaluation relating to the Funding International Collaboration with China - Healthy Ageing Project, Innovation Stream

To co-develop and formalise the underpinning rationale for the programme (Theory of Change, Logic Model) and relevant success metrics. The metrics will include 'typical' output measures and also need to include measures which relate to Strategic Added Value. Anticipated project outcomes include: Optimising the partnership and collaboration between the UK Centre of Excellence and a similar Centre of Excellence in China to develop and sustain an innovation demonstrator and delivers a long term, sustainable strategic relationship between the respective Centres; Optimising the requirements of both UKRI (through IUK) and Chinese counterparts; and Optimising the potential return on investment for China UK collaboration.
