## Description

The purpose of the contract will be to deliver a range of services that will enable disabled, elderly and vulnerable people to continue to live in their own homes\. Processing of grants, overseeing and managing grants for major adaptations and housing advice, minor adaptations, support to access alternative funding streams other than the Disabled Facility Grants \(DFG\)\.
