Trafford's and GM' vision for people with Learning Disabilities is that support should focus on people's strengths and existing networks so that they can live as independently as possible. The provider(s) will support, enable and encourage residents to access services and become active participants in community activities that promote health, wellbeing, learning, fun and independence. The provider will develop a strong peer to peer support ethos within Supported Accommodation schemes to reduce reliance for more formal support provision
