## Description

This contract responds to a requirement to support the continuation of the LeDeR \(Learning from lives and deaths - People with a learning disability and autistic people\) Platform beyond 2026\. The LeDeR web-based platform covers the whole of England, with its primary purpose to enable effective notification of deaths of people with a learning disability and autistic people\. This data flows through the system to notify ICBs of Deaths so that reviews can be undertaken, including at a Sub-ICB level\.
