Demolition of Oakwood House - AWARD

Description

The project consists of the demolition and ground remediation of Oakwood House in Barnton, Cheshire. The project is to demolish the existing two storey building including asbestos removal and remediate all land associated with the works in preparation for redevelopment. The building will have been decommissioned of residents and all live services prior to handover to the contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out Section 80 notification with the Local Authority including all documentation and fees.
