Requirements Overview Rationale Falmouth FXPlus are seeking one supplier for the maintenance of current doors, door frames and windows in Tremough Barton cottages based on the Penryn Campus in Cornwall – TR10 9FE\. This would cover cottages 1,2,4,5,6,7 & 8\. The buildings are Grade 2 listed and therefore we are seeking a sympathetic approach to the works that must be in keeping with the current Scheme\. Cottage 8 will be occupied during the contract period and therefore consideration must be applied\. FXPlus expects the winning bidder to deliver high quality workmanship with attention to detail and finishes\.
