## Description

Procurement of labour and plant resources to support the existing in-house highway delivery service\. The in-house highway service delivers the councils revenue works consisting of reactive highway maintenance, drainage maintenance, out of hours call-out and winter service\. The proposed framework is to allow additional resources to be brought in to assist in the delivery of there works at times of increased demand/workload\. The proposal will provide additional resilience to the highway service
