## Description

Professional services to migrate the DWP PIP, CMS and CIS from On Premise Hosting \(OPH\) to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure \(OCI\) Initial Term: Twelve \(12\) months from the Commencement Date\. Extension Period: This Contract can be extended for a maximum of two \(2\) periods of up to twelve \(12\) months each \(each an 'Extension Period'\) beyond the Initial Term or the extended Initial Term \(as applicable\), up to a maximum term of thirty-six \(36\) months from the Commencement Date\.
