Quotation for Asset and Financial Management Systems for Grounds Maintenance and Tree Management

Sandwell MBC are seeking to procure an Asset and Financial Management Application for Grounds Maintenance and Tree Management. The aim of the application is to improve the management and manipulation of data to assist service delivery by linking its Grounds Maintenance and Tree Management assets with existing corporate mapping systems, and ultimately to reduce annual support and maintenance costs.

The estimated annual value for the delivery of this application is £10,000 and the contract period will be for 5 years, commencing 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2023. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
