## Description

The Science Hub Programme was initiated in 2010 and has progressed through several RIBA stages to date\. Following outline planning, a Transport Statement \(TS\) is in development in support of a site-wide Reserved Matters Application \(RMA\)\. Changes to the scheme, since outline planning need to be agreed, in particular the contents of the Transport Statement with Essex County Council \(ECC\), Highways England \(HE\) and Harlow District Council \(HDC\)\.
